At Chick-fil-A Ridge Road and North Rockwall, we believe that personal growth is just as important as professional growth. While using Chick-fil-A modules and books, our leadership is working together to flow development from the top down. Directors will listen to one LLR audio every two weeks. They will meet with the Executive Operations Director and/or Operator on the first and third week of the month to discuss each audio and a general meeting. On the second and fourth week, they will meet with their mentor to discuss the same audio along with anything else that needs to be discussed. These mentor meetings need to be logged and provided to the Executive Operations Director and/or operator in their meetings.
Along with our mentoring program, team leaders and managers will be lead the Leader Activator Program by their training director. This program allows the team to work through quarterly projects and helps develop their critical thinking skills.
Our goal is to make sure that all of our leaders are well rounded and can manage any area of the business if needed. We have made it our mission to make sure we are at least four leaders deep in knowledge of each area of business.
We believe that having leaders that are knowledgeable in multiple area not only opens them up to more opportunities within the business, but also make their job enjoyable and manageable. We want to make sure that not one person feels over worked or stressed out.
