Job Description
The Director’s first responsibility is to the Operator, to show ownership in the restaurant, and have a growth mindset. They must ensure that the relationship among the team is healthy and strong. Partnering with the Operator to protect the safety and security of the restaurant.The Director will need to be a point of contact with the HPLT Directors and promote unity within the group. The Director will also need to be able to delegate many systems to other team leaders and continue to coach and develop leaders to grow within our business.
This Director will spend 40 hours per week running the operations-administrative part of the business. This Director will focus on the back office reporting systems such as Daily Reports, Scheduling, Payroll, Invoices, End of Month Package, and monitoring Labor, Food Cost, and Profits for the business. The Operations Director will have numerous other responsibilities within the office, but is expected to ensure that our focus remains on The Raving Fan Strategy.

Quality Director
Job Description
The Quality (kitchen) Director is responsible for creating a Culture of Food Safety in our restaurant. The director will be responsible for the quality and production of products made at the restaurant, have ownership of SAFE and clean operations in the restaurant, product ordering and inventory, food and paper cost, waste accountability, and maintaining a clean production environment with the proper equipment. The coordinator must ensure that the vison among the Directors, Leaders and Team Members towards food safety is healthy and strong. Partnering with the Directors to protect the safety of food and quality excellence of the restaurant.
This Director will be responsible for the food related parts of the CEM and eRQA. They will also utilize his/her team leaders to assist in reaching the goals of the store and continue to help coach and grow other team leaders enabling them to advance within our business.

Hr/ Financial Director
Job Description
This director will assist the Operations director with any administrative work such as HR/ Payroll, Scheduling, Invoices and End of Month processing.
Along with administrative duties, this director will spend most of their shift observing and managing the front of house.

Job Description
This director will assist the Operations director with any administrative work dealing with the recruiting and hiring process, such as interviews, onboarding, and training. This director will also lead the Certified Trainer Team including promotions and raises.
Aside from Training and Hiring, this director will spend the rest of their time focusing on innovation and scores in the drive thru. Primarily Order Accuracy and Speed of Service.
