OUR TEAM
All Directors are responsible for managing and reporting on their area of the business, as well as serve as a contributing member of the High Performance Leadership Team (HPLT). All Directors are also responsible for Operational Excellence Scores, Food Cost, Labor Cost and Paper Cost, because every area listed makes an impact on our business results.
In 2023, we will attempt to grow stronger as an HPLT, as well as individually in the business. We will continue to develop by utilizing our own strategies, knowledge and creativity. We will continue to share and gain new ideas with other FSRs, as well as utilize resources available through Corporate such as the CFA Exchange and Lead Well. We will also utilize podcast and audio books to grow professionally and individually.
As we navigate having two HPLT's in our organization, we look forward to creating the right structure to help both locations succeed.

In addition to excelling in delivering and fulfilling the responsibilities of a Senior Director, this person is the main point of contact for each restaurant as it pertains to the business as a whole. The main responsibilities of this role do not lie in the flow of the day to day business (although they will still be engaged at times), but they spend their time on items that make for a successful restaurant.
The executive director:
- Assesses and adopts new technologies
- Ensures that any and every operation is consistent with the image and culture of Chick-fil-A.
- Can speak on behalf of the Owner/Operator to the Support Center, community, and vendor partners
- Manages disciplinary processes
- Recommends raises, bonuses, and or any other incentives
- Oversees leadership development and content
- Is heavily invested in Chick-fil-A as a career
- Administers company wide benefits

The Marketing Director is responsible for development of the annual marketing plan for the store that encompasses Chick-fil-A’s brand strategy: Food, People, Cows and Influence in all touch points of the business. The plan should be sensitive to the products we are promoting, and events on the calendar already set by Chick-fil-A Inc, DFW (MLM), or our local community. This Director is on the High Performance Leadership Team (HPLT) and will take ownership of building sales for the entire restaurant. This Director serves as the main liaison between our store and the community
