Job Description
The Director’s first responsibility is to the Operator, to show ownership in the restaurant, and have a growth mindset. They must ensure that the relationship among the team is healthy and strong. Partnering with the Operator to protect the safety and security of the restaurant.The Director will need to be a point of contact with the HPLT Directors and promote unity within the group. The Director will also need to be able to delegate many systems to other team leaders and continue to coach and develop leaders to grow within our business.
This Director will spend 40 hours per week running the operations-administrative part of the business. This Director will focus on the back office reporting systems such as Daily Reports, Scheduling, Payroll, Invoices, End of Month Package, and monitoring Labor, Food Cost, and Profits for the business. The Operations Director will have numerous other responsibilities within the office, but is expected to ensure that our focus remains on The Raving Fan Strategy.

Drive Thru Director
Job Description
This directors focus will be innovation in the Drive Thru. They will be responsible for all Drive thru scores and selecting a team of leaders to help achieve those goals.
When not working on Drive Thru, this director will help with any office administrative work. They are responsible for checking their scores and relaying them to their team and coming up with action plans to improve.

Catering/Cleaning
Job Description
The Catering Director will be responsible for all catering orders and outside sales. They will be responsible for making sure all catering orders are assembled according to Chick-fil-A standards and ready for timely pick-up and delivery.
The Catering Director will also be responsible for coordinating all concession orders, as well as collecting payments on these and all other catering orders.
They will also be responsible for making sure the catering team is CFA Anywhere certified in accordance with Pathway. He/She will be responsible for keeping an updated list of eligible drivers. They will need to have copies of driver’s license and insurance cards for all drivers, along with the signed agreement on the rules and policies of driving for CFA Ridge Road. They will also be responsible for the CDV and checking it on a weekly basis.

Team Member Training- This manager will spend 20 hours a week focusing on team member training and hiring. They will assign training and oversee the certified trainer program. The rest of their time will be spent running shift operations.
Ruby Quintero- Team Leader
Food Safety- This team leader will spend a portion of their time performing food safety checklists and SAFE daily criticals. The remainder of her shift will be leading an area of the business as a coach to team members and will help facilitate training

Front Counter Team Leader- This team leader spends their time running operations on the front counter. They help send breaks and facilitate training.
